All edits needing to be made will need to be talked about prior to actual edits. Any submitter of content will need to have the information reviewed for useful information. This is to segregate the useful information from the erroneous or needless information. As such, all new articles will be locked down from editing and the proper changes will be made by the Administrative staff. Until the editing guidelines have been established for such users.
Should any editor/contributor be found to be making a huge design change/restructure without first submitting for comments in the talk section of the page/article will promptly receive a tag in their user talk page. This tag will be from the template Vandalism. Should the "Vandalism" continue, their user account will be blocked from submitting edits to the site.
This is your first warning, the template will be your second and there will be no more warnings after that

If you are not familiar with the editing language, please refer to MediaWiki Formatting for specifics about syntax and usage of the various inline mark-ups.
If you are beginner, please do not try to edit a page without understanding the consequences. Alot of the articles/pages have a specified format, layout, and/or design to keep them consistent. Please DO NOT change the format because you feel it doesnt work. If you do not agree on the format, goto the Watercooler or Help Desk and make the suggestion.
If you feel there is information that needs to be added to the page, then discuss it first before just blatantly adding it to the page. Alot of us are following pages that we have edited and as such will receive an email stating comments have been posted. Do not be surprised if a comment is not responded to in less than a week, we do have Real Life jobs we must attend to before our pleasure. So the key here is, "Be Patient and things WILL happen" even if its not on your time line.
Lastly, lets keep the wiki pertinent and informational to the content and keep the personal opinions off the editing of the page and in the comments/talk side of the articles/pages.
