Each purchase of an extra levy increases the gold cost by 1 cumulatively. Example:

1st Extra Levy = 2 gold,

2nd Extra Levy = 3 gold,

3rd Extra Levy = 4 gold,

...

Nth Extra Levy = N + 1 gold
